Does water inside the iPhone screen dry out ?

Fell in the river bottom right side and water went in.

You are actually seeing water inside the device. If you weren't you could continue to use it and hope that nothing got in and you might be lucky (we were). Since you do see water get Apple to have a look at it:


Click on this link to find your nearest Apple Authorized Service Provider (AASP) or Apple Authorized Distributor (AAD) --> https://locate.apple.com/country or see if you can find any service locations in https://locate.apple.com/findlocations Some places with limited support may be included in the "other" link at the bottom of a region selection.


Do not turn it on if you haven't already. If you have and it seems to be working, do a backup NOW because water damage is unpredictable.
