My App Store for my Phone has been disabled. Don't know why? How can this be enabled?

Sorry, no one here can resolve that issue for you. Click on "contact Apple Support" below in the instructions below from If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes' - Apple Support
If you see a message that says "Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes," there might be a problem with the payment method that you have on file.

My App Store and itunes have been disabled. Don't know why. I want them to be enabled.
