Can't change my macOS account profile picture to a picture of me.

Hello!

I am trying to change my profile picture on my user account on my new MacBook. When I try to change the photo, I get this box:

I do have a photos library set up in the ~/Photos folder, and have imported the picture I'd like to add from within that folder to my .photoslibrary file. Any tips on getting the photo-change dialog box to find my photo library?

Thanks!

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 11.4

Turns out that my default photos library was not set to ~/Photos and was instead set to iCloud Photos. Look in the iCloud tab of Preferences in the Photos app!
