macOS 14 or Later is a Must:
Apparently, you need macOS 10.14 (Mojave) installed at the least, in order to install this application. So, see if you can upgrade to Mojave, by verifying compatibly:
1. Find your Model:
To find your model, go to: Apple Menu > About this Mac... > Overview tab > View the third line down
