Iphone screen realted
While I am on call sometimes screen automatically off and unresponsive for few minutes but after call cut it open again is this software related issue??

If you're using the receiver speaker your display should go black while you're on a call and the phone is up to your ear. This is to prevent you from inadvertently tapping buttons with your cheek while you're on the call.
