Transfer of Data from old iphone to new iphone

I have recently purchased a new iPhone 12 and i am struggling to transfer data from my old iPhone 6 to the new iPhone 12. i tried to do it manually with the help of wire but still it is not allowing me to transfer.

Can anybody be able to help please
