Cant install new apps after update os x

after i update new os x in my macbook air 2014, i cant install new apps

Mac OS Catalina App Store Apps not down able I bought a MacBook Air late 2015 second hand. Everything works fine except I can not download/install new apps. I have tried reinstalling Mac OS, reset SMC and reset PRAM still same issue. Who has the same problem and has the solution to fix this.

Hi,

System Preferences > Security&Privacy > Allow apps downloaded from: push the button of App Store and identify developers.
