All download music stops playing after 15 sec (in Apple Music)

How can I fix this problem?

First of all I was trying sign out from my iCloud. it’s not working:(

I was deleting whole my downloads.

it’s not working:(

after that I was buying new IPhone (for sure) but it’s not working tooooo…

I really need help with this thing because music is my life!
