What about it is not working? Are you unable to turn it, or pressing it does not perform a function? You can try the information in this support document about cleaning it, How to clean your Apple Watch - Apple Support

If that does not work, use the Get Support link at the top of the page here to contact Apple Support to have the device looked at by Apple.
