When I log in to my Apple Devices list it will show all our iPhones, wife's Apple Watch, my iMac and MacBook. But my watch is not listed. It is paired with my phone and is listed under Find My iPhone. My watch is the old series 1.

If that is the case, I recommend contacting Support about it, as an Apple ID issue.
