Hi All,

I have faced this error yesterday and went to apple store and they said its hardware issue and need to replace. They offered me me new iphone 11 in $399. I didn't take that offer.

I did some research and found that if you install lower version of itunes for upgrade, it will work. I have installed Version 12.11.0.26 and its worked for me. my phone is restored and updated with current version. Please make sure to take back up.

This answer is absolutly NO USE at all, the error code that is listed 1100 does not exist on the iOS update and restore errors list. so there is no context on how to find this.

Please either add 1100 to your list of error codes listed or answer the question asked.

Is it stable you iPhone ? Because I had to restore around 10 times and iTunes could do it. However, my iPhone reboot or apps crashing randomly…the place when I’m living doesn’t have an Apple store so I can take it to there.

After restore I did erase and reset settings. It’s was stable for 2 weeks. Once I installed Facebook and Instagram app crashing started again. So deleted the app and it’s working fine so far no issues.
