Why is my WhatsApp and snapchat not working when I have cellular data

Both apps should work using cellular data or wifi connections.

If you can't use those apps using cellular data, I'd suggest that you contact your cellular carrier and ask them if everything is okay on their side.

Should be this case, contact Whatsapp and Snapchat support teams and explain your problem.
