MacBook bought in Japan
I am traveling to Japan and plan on buying a MacBook. Will I be able to get an English/US keyboard?

Perhaps, but it would likely have to be as a special order. So, I recommend getting it while in your current country. iTunes Store purchases will not be accessible in another country/location than where they were purchased. So, purchase it from Apple while you are in your home location. All would be fine from there.
