Are you sharing your credit card or payment method with someone?
Are you the organizer in Family sharing?
If so, the charge probably happened on someone else's Apple ID so would not show on yours. Check all devices used any people you may share your payment method with or are in Family Sharing with if you are the Family Organizer.
