i need help with all the subscriptions charged to my account

i am getting multiple apple charges to my account and i can not figure out what the charges are for and can not speak to anyone!!! please help

Apple ID - If you see ‘itunes.com/bill‘ or an unfamiliar charge on your bank, credit card, or debit statement.
