About a week ago I've moved photos from iCloud folder to another place just to sort and clean and today have paid attention that since then recent photos and videos are not downloaded from iCloud to my PC. I've restarted the app and the pc and have checked the settings - doesn't work.
Running iCloud on win11

Thanks for your answer and sorry couldn't reply at once, despite I saw it. Just didn't have any time.
I've checked once more my iCloud on web and saw that actually for some reason the new files - images and videos haven't been uploaded from my devices.
As for now - it works again.

looks like you are having some trouble with missing photos you downloaded from iCloud. We want to help make sure those are saved safe and sound! Did you download those photos following these steps? Download iCloud photos and videos. That should enable them to be fully backup up on your computer, separate from iCloud.
