I can’t remove Visa card and it keeps saying that I have an active subscription and I’m kinda confused.

Have you checked your subscriptions?

Purchases - View, change, or cancel your subscriptions.

That credit card is being used for one of your subscription that why you can't remove it.

You'll need to go into your subscription and update credit card there.
