Do you mean your entire Apple ID (though you are able to post here)? Or do you mean your Apple Music/iTunes Store and App Store account?


If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes' - Apple Support


If your Apple ID is locked or disabled - Apple Support
