Question:

Q:

My WiFi has a self assigned IP address and is not able to connect to the internet. What can I do to connect to my Wi-Fi network. Or how do I get it off a self-address IP address?

DHCP is being Used:

IP Addresses are being dynamically created. So, as an item is added, it gets its own IP Address. So, there is a conflict somewhere between your device and another having the same IP Address. Note that to get off of DHCP, you have to configure your IP Addresses to be Static IP Addresses, in which case it would be assigned to you. All of this would be configured in the router.
