Face id does not work any more

my iphone got some water on it, it was not completely wet but a little bit. When i dried it off i noticed that there was some water moisture in my selfie camera, so my pictures were not clear.

when i waited a day the moisture had gone away from my selfie cam and my pictures now are clear again. BUT now my Face ID does not work anymore, so i tried to configurate it again but now it does not notice my face anymore… please help!
