I cannot use Tab Arrow Keys, to move up and down different messages on imessage

Big Sur 11.4, I cannot use Tab + Arrow Keys, to move up and down different messages/ppl on imessage

I used to could do this on Catalina, to scroll between different conversations insanely fast, this was one of the best utilities for my business

MacBook Pro (2020 and later)

Control + Tab moves forward between Messages and Message Groups or Pinned Conversations.

Shift + Control Tab moves backwards.
