2 Apple ID in my device
I find in my device have 2 Apple ID , I want to cancel one of them , but I don’t how to do it . I have signed out one of them but not success . Can you help me to solve it？
Firstly , I open a new Apple ID for my new device, but I found that there are something errors occur . Then I go to Apple shop and ask for help, the staff of Apple shop suggested me to change another Apple ID for my device.
After change another Apple ID , I found that in the safari all icons on favorite item in grey .（up to now no image)
Then, I add the first Apple ID iCloud email in my email account. I found there are 2 Apple ID occurred . Now I want to cancel one of them.
I had tried to sign out one of them, but the ID still exist . Can I let it non-exist.
Is it normal when all icons in safari (favourite item) in grey colour and no image?
