Above is a screenshot of two files in .Trash that I don't seem to be able to delete and are taking up almost 100 GB

The full path is Macintosh HD > Users > MyUserName > Library > Mobile Documents > iCloud Drive > .Trash

I was able to open and play one of these by option, maybe command clicking it, seemed to blank out its name. I also control clicked , none of these allowed me to delete the file, nor did delete., or delete control, option or command. Unable to reopen, not that I want to.
