Is there a way to see a list of all apps installed on my iPhone 11?

iPhone 11 Pro, iOS 14

They should show up under Settings or in your App Library.

I believe if you go to Settings>General>iPhone Storage, you should see them all listed there. That lists space taken up by apps.
