What website? Are you using Safari to browse the Internet?

Should be this case, have you tried to clear your Safari history and cookies, using these instructions?:--> Clear the history and cookies from Safari on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

When done, restart your iPad, then test it.
