Hi why am i being charged on a biweekly basis for Appl TV?

The Apple TV app is free, however I suspect you have 2 subscriptions of Apple TV + which is completely different than the Apple TV App. Please cancel one of the subscriptions by using the info in https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202039 or contact AppleCare for some help.
