My battery health is getting down from100 to 98

Because batteries are consumable parts and with every full cycle charge, battery health will decline little by little until the time comes to get a new battery. When battery health dips to 80% or less, get the battery replaced. Until then, stop worrying and understand it will continue to decline as that's what batteries do.
