Hi I have just purchased an iPhone 12 Pro yesterday in the USA and realized that it is too small for me. I want to exchange it for the iPhone 12 Pro Max. I have not opened the phone package. Is it possible for the exchange to happen the exact same day I bring back the iPhone 12 Pro ?
If you purchased it directly from Apple, you can return it to Apple in the US within 14 days of the original purchase.
You can't return it outside of the US.
You have 14 days to return a phone for a full refund. If the phone is in stock, you should be able to make the exchange at the same time as you return the phone.
