Left AirPods is disconnecting after 5 seconds

i appreciate your help to make my AirPod working as before; the right airpod is working well while the left is disconnecting after 5 second

battery is ok, I restart the AirPod many times; this problem is since 5 months and no solution

can you help me on this please?
