I noticed that Apple Music won't stream downloaded songs (I set my downloaded songs to be in AAC quality). What if I want to stream those songs in lossless quality or in Dolby Atmos format? How can I make Apple Music to stream songs instead of playing downloaded songs? Thanks in advance.

You need to right-click > remove download if you want to access the streaming version of a song.
