Money debited from my account but order not placed

I ordered a macbook pro M1 on 8 june 2021 its been 11 days and I either received the order id or refund from apple .

Order was not placed But Money got deducted from the bank account(Apple India pvt ltd) I ordered the macBook Pro M1 on 8 june 2021 but I didn't receive the order id or number from Apple India Pvt Ltd. The amount has been deducted from my bank account . I contacted the customer support they were like the amount is not captured yet but I received conformation from bank as well as the Billdesk that the amount is settled to the merchant (ie. Apple India pvt ltd). Can anyone tell me weather I will receive the order number or get refund ? and If refund how long it might take to get refund?

Money Debited from my account but order not placed I tried to order an MacBook air M2 from apple store india on 08/07/2022 and i paid through Netbanking. The transaction was completed and money was debited from my account but order was not placed nor did i get any confirmation email. How long do i have to wait for the refund?

How do I get a refund from Apple. Com for purchases I didnt make and have no receipt for? Someone bought something for $53.49 five times off my debit card and I have no receipt showing a purchase other than my bank statement saying it was deducted from my account to Apple.com

money was deducted on 8 june 2021 and refunded on 22 june 2021 if same happened to u it might have to wait for 3 weeks.

Apple is claiming to be they haven't received the money but its already settled to them don't know they are scamming me.
