It comes in both models.

The WiFi and cellular data model will be more expensive. About $125 U.S.D. more for this mode;.

Before any purchase, I would implore you to forget the base model 32 GBs of internal data storage and consider the much larger and more future proof 128 GBs internal data storage model.

Apple iOS/iPadOS device have NO EXPANDABLE internal data storage options! NONE!

Here is the BIG reason why.

A 32 GBs storage iPad starts out with approx 30 GBs.,after initial internal flash drive formatting.

Minus approx. 6.5 GBs for iOS/iPadOS leaves between 23-24 GBs.

Minus 4-5 GBs, for iOS/iPadOS system operational reserve, that MUST BE MAINTAINED AT ALL TIMES, to ensure/insure normal, expected operation of iOS/iPad OS, leaves approx. between 19-20 GBs of actual, usable data storage space.

32 GBs data storage devices are, now, more quickly, becoming the “new” low storage 16 GBs internal data storage space devices, of today.

32 GBs of internal data storage, in 2021, is, quite frankly and bluntly, a joke in today's world of personal tech device.

A 128 GBs storage iPad starts out with approx.119 GBs.,after initial internal flash drive formatting.

Minus approx. 6.5 GBs for iOS/iPadOS leaves between 112-113 GBs.

Minus 4-5 GBs, for iOS/iPadOS system operational reserve, that MUST BE MAINTAINED AT ALL TIMES, to ensure/insure normal, expected operation of iOS/iPad OS, leaves approx. between 108-109 GBs of actual, usable data storage space.

That amount of internal, free data space is almost 6 times the amount of usable, internal data storage and that amount of internal data storage space, should last you quite a bit more time and no hassles worrying about fillling up your new iPad purchase in record time.

A device with ONLY 20 GBs of usable data storage space will get filled up a lot more quickly and will have the hassles of managing that small amount of free internal data storage space on a regular basis.

An iPad with both WiFi and cellular data is good, because it still gives you the option of being able to use the device on WiFi, when needed.

The WiFi and cellular model iPads have GPS satellite antennas, making it possible to use that iPad as accurate GPS device with voice activated turn by turn directions, even if using the iPad on WiFi.

With an additional purchase of a cell service data SIM card, your iPad will be able to be connected to the Internet while “on the go”.

Best of Luck to You!
