How to do iPad mini 4 Screen Mirroring with MacBook Air (13-inch, 2017) running ?

I have iPad mini 4 running on iPadOS 14.6 and Air (13-inch, 2017) running macOS Big Sur 11.4. I would like to do screen mirroring from iPad to MacBook Air. On MacBook Air, Airplay Display "On" is not showing in dropdown list. Only Off is appearing. How can I have both "On/Off" in dropdown list to perform screen mirroring between both.
