Software Update problem on Apple Watch Series 3

What if my iPhone doesn't update my Watch and shows a messege (attached below) that sais:

Unable to Check for Update!

Checking fo ra software update failed because you are not connected to the internet.

(even though I am conected to the internet perfectly)?

I have tried to start the proccess again several times, thried to restart both devices, also several times...
