Apple ID disabled

Okay so my Apple ID was disabled due to some account issues with my bank... anyways I can’t download apps and I created a whole new Apple ID and used my other iPhone to help me get it, but even with the new ID It still says “Your account has been disabled from iTunes and App Store”

If your Apple ID has been locked or disabled

If you or someone else enters your password or other account information incorrectly too many times, find out how to regain access to your account. 


If your account has been disabled for security reasons

If you see one of the following messages, your Apple ID locked automatically to protect your security and you can't sign in to any Apple services:

  • “This Apple ID has been disabled for security reasons”
  • "You can't sign in because your account has been disabled due to security reasons"
  • "This Apple ID has been locked due to security reasons"

You need to reset your password to regain access. Find out how to reset your password

If your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes Store

If you see a message that states your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes Store, contact Apple Support for help.
