iCloud Storage Downgrade Issue

I downgraded from the 200GB storage to 5GB and was able to press the 'Done' button. However I'm still seeing that I'm subscribed for the 200Gb storage. Is something wrong?

The change won’t take effect until the end of your current billing cycle -> Downgrade or cancel your iCloud storage plan - Apple Support
