Why am I constantly being asked to sign in with ID? It doesn't recognise my ID and PW even when I have reset and changed PW.

I see you are having issues with your Apple ID,
Try this fix:
Go to the Settings App > Click your name at the top > Click Media and Purchases > Click Sign Out
After you have signed out, resign in.
