Is it possible to use the new iMac M1 as a PC monitor ans as a second display?

iMac hardware hasn’t offered Target Display Mode—capable of being an external display—for ~7 years.
That all ended around the introduction of Retina displays.
Get a Mac mini M1 and an external display, and share that display with your Windows computer.
