how can I update my MacBook Pro 2012

How can I update the mac0s for my MacBook Pro 2012? I need it updated to at least 10.13 for a software I bought to work. Thank you.

Back up your data, check your applications for compatibility, and click on High Sierra, Mojave, or Catalina.
