Apple Music won't Delete Downloaded Music, Option Doesn't Appear

Hope someone can help me here.

Trying to clear out some files and free up space. Apple Music has music appearing as downloaded but doesn't give me the remove option. In Finder all of these appears under an iTunes folder. Can I just delete these music files? Will it screw up my Music library?

Any suggestions to manage these files and free up space would be awesome and appreciated.
