I cannot delete any app on my phone. I even went to the library to delete it and it didn’t work. How do I delete it?

If you cannot delete any apps, there may be a restriction set on deleting apps. On an iPhone or iPad, go to Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > iTunes & App Store Purchases > Deleting Apps.
