Can I exchange my iPad Air for an iPad Pro?

Hi,

I had recently purchased the latest Apple IPad Air (sky blue) in the month of January this year. It is brand new and sealed. Since the new iPad Pro model with the M1 chip is now launched, I wanted to check the exchange policy.

the product list did not give me an option of the latest iPad Air, hence I chose iPad Air 3. Please excuse that.

In continuation, if you could please guide me with the same and assist me further about the process.

I also want to mention that the iPad was bought through a student ID, and hence the AirPods came free with them, as well as they are engraved. so if you could guide about the procedure on that too, incase

an exchange is possible.

Thanks

You had 14 day from date of purchase to return them for a refund.

After that 14 days, Apple will not take them back or do an exchange.

Your options are sell them privately and use whatever money you get to buy whatever you want or see if your iPad is eligible for trade in.

We are your fellow end users. We help with tech issues but cannot give official answers regarding Apple exchange policies outside of what is published. The published U.S. policy says you have 14 days for a no-questions-asked return for refund. That time period has obviously expired.

For options, if any, you need to contact Apple and they do not respond here.
