How do I unlock phone if I can’t remember passcode

I forgot my passcode to unlock my phone and it says to login to iTunes since it’s disabled

Click here and follow the instructions. The iPhone needs to be plugged into a computer with iTunes installed, or a Mac running Catalina or newer.
