I have iPhone 11 Pro Max, after this update it show I have 68 unread mail, however there is none, I have restarted , cleared cache you name it and still there, it started after the 14.5 update so today was a new update I thought would fix it but it did not!! Please Help or fix it !!!
No problems with mine. Try deleting the email account, restarting the phone, and adding the mail account back.

I have the same problem , after updated to 14.6 mail will not open
