Watch it for an hour, what is the pattern?
Newer Macs using Big Sur will sometimes slowly discharge by design. It is to prevent the battery from staying at 100% for long periods of time, so the slow discharge is meant to prolong the life of the battery. The discharge may reach ~ 90% and then charge back up to 100%. It may do this ~ once per day, sometimes less often.
Additionally, sometimes the Mac will hold steady at a charge somewhat below 100% (below 90%) for some time, this is also a battery preservation procedure.
But in the above instances, a healthy Mac and battery will recharge up to 100% after some time.
If your charge stays well below 100% and never charges back to 100%, hold the option key and click the battery icon in the menu bar. What does it indicate? Does it say "battery normal?" What about the other lines of text there?
Next, select About This Mac ... from the Apple Menu.
Then, Select System Report. Click on Power.

Fully Charged: (yes or no)
