Two iPhone see call logs
My wife’s iPhone 8 is seeing my calls from new iPhone se in her recent call log. We share Apple ID. Problem only exists for last few days

Never share AppleID eith another person even your spouse. You will get all manner of similar problems
The newest setup should wipe the phone and set up again with a new AppleID as below
(You can add her as a family member to share purchased software and music)
Clear the phone as if you were going to sell your phone...
