"Mac os: I believe someone else has connected to my iPad and my iPhone, I don’t personally own a Mac OS"

Maybe Through Bluetooth:

How to check:

A. iPhone:

  1. Go to: Settings
  2. Tap: Bluetooth
  3. View: MY DEVICES

B. iPad:

Go Here: Set Up and Listen to Bluetooth Devices on iPad - Apple Support

As it Reads: "To quickly disconnect from all Bluetooth devices without turning Bluetooth off, open Control Center, then tap[Bluetooth emblem]."
