i have iPhone 7 plus
one time , the device felt down
after that when i open the cameras app
the front camera is working well
the back camera is working on zoom 2 only , zoom 1 is not working
how to fix this issue

"the device felt down' ??? Do you mean fell down? If so, it is probably damaged.
