Is it normal to get heated ?
My iPhone 11 gets heated up while using a 20 w fast charger only btw 30% - 70% charging. Until 30 and after 70 it's really normal! Why is that ??!! Is it normal or does it harm my battery ?

Fast charging by its nature will generate heat. 4 amps is a lot of current.
No it will not damage the phone or battery
Change to 5Watt USB-A or wireless charging for slow charge.
