my iphone x is not restoring over itunes

I have an iPhone x, for some reason it is stuck over iTunes, but I'm trying to update or restore but it gives error of iPhone not responding pls help.

It’s updating on the computer iTunes but saying error and can’t update to the phone .. please help🥲
